Week 1

The first section is pretty interesting  to think about. One thing about it that really got me going this week was the exercise of meditation. Now, I have my own beliefs about prayer and meditation, and to have that focused on peace and clearing your mind just gets my head ready for the day. It actually gives my mind some time to think about what I really want, all of the blessings that I have, and how I can move forward.

For me that looks like researching companies that work in my desired field, and trying to make contacts with people that are doing what I want to do, and how to move forward. It's excellent to think about, and it's gonna help me move forward.

So my challenge to you is to get some time to just sit down for 5-10 minutes, and meditate. just do one of those little yoga poses, then let your mind go. focus on breathing in and out, and get all the junk outta your head, and let all the good things come to you.

The Master Key and Me

Hey all, I'm reading through this book called the master key, and I'm just trying to post it up somewhere to see how it all goes and what i'm learning from it. I'll try to get something on the blog every week, just so I can track my progress.
